About

Operator first. AI strategist second.

WorldWide AI Consulting is an operator-led AI strategy and implementation consultancy. We work with leadership teams on the questions that come after the hype: where AI matters, how work should change, and what to build.

Founder

Grant Weber

Grant Weber has spent 30 years running companies, not advising from the outside. He founded an IT services firm and scaled it to 85 people in five years. He built a consumer-products brand into 5,000+ retail doors at an 873% compound growth rate, stayed on to run it through private-equity ownership, and operated it through its acquisition by Swedencare — a publicly listed Stockholm company — in 2024. Founder, operator, and PE-backed through a public-company exit: that arc is why the work here starts with how a company makes money, makes decisions, and gets work done — not with the technology.

He also builds production AI systems, including ClarityOps — which delivers institutional-grade diligence under SOC 2 Type II controls. Working both sides, operator and builder, is what keeps the advice grounded in what holds up once real people depend on it.

Tracy Anumolu

Tracy Anumolu built her career inside the institutions that set the rules, working directly with the regulators, auditors, and examiners who hold them to it. She built her expertise in risk, compliance, and governance at JPMorgan, Citigroup, and Freddie Mac — spanning multiple risk disciplines, producing regulatory reporting, and building out control frameworks. Over a decade living and working across India, Australia, and the Middle East further shaped how she reads risk across different regulatory systems and business cultures.

She now leads Policy & Compliance at ClarityOps, building the governance infrastructure — policy suites, risk registers, explainability documentation — that lets the platform operate credibly with PE firms and mortgage lenders.

It's why the work at ClarityOps starts with what a compliance program has to survive, not with what the technology can theoretically do. Grant builds the systems; Tracy makes sure they hold up under scrutiny — both sides of the same problem, keeping ClarityOps grounded in what institutions actually require.

What we bring

Business experience applied to a technical question.

01

Operating experience

Roughly 30 years building, running, scaling, and advising businesses — P&L accountability, not commentary.

02

Strategic judgment

Deciding what matters, in what order, and what the company should deliberately leave alone.

03

Systems design

Designing how people, process, data, automation, and oversight fit together into something durable.

04

Strategy-to-implementation bridge

Fluent with both the executive conversation and the technical one, so intent survives the handoff.

Who we work with

Experienced leaders who are past the awareness stage.

Our clients hear about AI constantly. Their problem isn't awareness — it's determining what matters, where the business value is, what to do first, and how to move beyond experimentation.
